Actually, I was wondering, I always pass by people who are level 25 or so and have all the first NFS equipment and the special weapon of their hero type, the ones that cost 999 mojo, and i'm pretty sure, you cant get those at level 25. So how do they get ahold of such equipment?

I don't have a good answer for you on that.  My first thought is they purchased the end weapon with mojo and perhaps won the equipment through wheel spins or completing levels.  Just the standard way of getting them.

I haven't been at the low levels in over 5 years.  I honestly don't remember.

How is the recruitment going?

That's great.  I think now that all servers are merging you might have even more luck finding new blood.  I recently created an account on Atlantis to take advantage of the gift packs and I find that server to be sparsely populated.
